Tailored Workshops

HR-Managers and business Leaders regularly ask us to design a development program for (hipo) managers and management teams. Below is a practical example of a development track, that we rolled out over a period of 2 years for a team of 10 hipos in the food industry.

The basic question: how to give 10 hipos from different divisions room to co-operate together effectively, and perform optimally?

We approached this challenge in 3 phases:

  • via the employees themselves (building self-insight)
  • their team (people management and coaching)
