Iris Kuhnert is our German-speaking colleague.
She has a lot of international experience, including living and working in Japan in the HR business. She facilitates leadership trajectories in Europe and Asia. Iris has a Master's degree in International Management and Japanese, and a Master's degree in Organizational Development and Education.
She teaches HR & cross-cultural management at the University of Applied Sciences in Bremen. She specializes in executive and team coaching, and leadership transition. She coaches managers in creating a smooth transition to different cultures, situational leadership in a multicultural context, and the development of cross-cultural leadership.
She is keen in creating a safe environment in which the coachee becomes the owner of her/ his own development and personal growth. Clients describe her as very committed, creative and with an open mind.
She is certified for DISC profiling, PPA and TTA, ICF Leadership Architect, Booth 360 Task Cycle® Survey, Intercultural Readiness Check IRC© and a certified Cultural Orientation Indicator COI® Practitioner, among others.Marina Puigvert Colomer is our Spanish speaking coach.
She also speaks Catalan and English and runs her coaching activities from Barcelona. Marina is an experienced executive coach with a strong track record in organizational culture, leadership, change and stress management.
She has a Masters in Pharmaceutical and Parapharmaceutical Sciences, and worked for more than 10 years in the pharmaceutical industry, where she managed R&D teams at international level. She is an expert in effective communication, emotion management, negotiation, improving self-confidence and high sensitivity.
She works with her coachees towards behavioral change, which leads to higher well-being and better work performance. She is proactive, energetic, team builder, good listener and effective communicator. Her passion is: helping people and teams work together to become better professionals, achieve their goals, develop themselves, broaden their horizons and grow.
In terms of certifications, Marina is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC). Trained in Ontological Executive Coaching, Supervision of Coaches and Expert in Emotion Management by Escuela Europea de Coaching (EEC), and certified in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP). She is also specialized in Therapy for Highly Sensitive People (HSP) by Elaine Aron and member of the HSP Spanish Association (APASE).
Stijn Vander Mijnsbrugge
After his Master's degree in Industrial Engineering (RUGent), Stijn started his career in the industry, at renowned companies such as Schindler and Callebaut. By managing teams and following high potential programs, he has built up solid experience in sales, project management, strategy and change management.
Stijn focuses on a process-oriented approach, tailored to the needs of the coachee. Based on trust and mutual understanding, he builds the authentic 'self' together with the coachee, defines the goals and experiments the paths to them. By putting the qualities and motivations in the spotlight, the coachee emerges from the trajectory stable, balanced and with an energetic mindset.
His approach leads to a 'grounded' basis, which makes the coachee self-confident and happy in (professional & private) life.
As a young coach, Stijn is now certified in NLP, ABR and Black Belt in Lean. He successfully completed his training as a certified coach at the ICF and has been involved in the further development of Coachinghouse since 2023.
Freddy Vander Mijnsbrugge
He is the founder of Coachinghouse (Jan. 2000) and has held management positions at Spector Photo Group, Campbells’ Soup Company and Brussels International Trade Mart for 15 years.
After his Master in TEW, he followed various post-graduate studies in communication, HR and coaching. He shares his expertise with high potentials, including as Exec. Prof. at the universities of Antwerp (AMS), KULeuven (Brussels Campus) and Moscow (IBS).
Freddy is passionate about discovering ‘hidden’ potential in people. He attaches great importance to personal integrity and taking responsibility for one’s own development and growth. His process-oriented approach is imbued with positive energy, authenticity and meaning. As an executive coach, he has facilitated more than 2750 managers and hipos in unleashing their full potential.
