For Coachinghouse, psychological safety is the basis for building a climate or culture in which employees dare to take interpersonal risks. In other words, participants in our development programs, feel free and safe to ask questions, speak out, address others, report and talk about mistakes, express concerns or come up with new ideas without being asked.
This makes psychological safety the secret of winning teams. The behavior described above is the key to smooth collaboration, to high-performance teams and better results, with less tension and stress. Because employees dare to show more of themselves.
Coachinghouse also guarantees 100% confidentiality. This implies that the feedback reports and assessment results will only be shared with the participant/coachee. If she/he wishes to report this to the Line Manager, this is at his/her own responsibility.
The same applies to the content of a coaching session or workshop: only the expectations and end-in-mind are discussed in advance and aligned with line management, but the substantive conversations and exercises are guaranteed to remain confidential among the participants in the workshop or coaching session.
