  1. How do we do this in practice??

    We start with an online scan of your leadership style. This reflects immediately your unique talents and the skills that you can put at the service of your employees and organisation. A style that enables you to get the best out of your people and at the same time to learn high-performing coaching methods and implement them directly in your organisation. This approach optimises your chances of building up sharp (self) insights and achieving sustainable results.

    Example when delegating: You enable your employee to execute tasks when he/she has the knowledge, trust, experience and motivation to take over tasks from you. You choose to delegate the final responsibility of task execution. There is barely any direct guidance on your part. You illustrate the job and let him/her carry it out in his/her own way. The communication with your employee (on delegated tasks) is limited and mainly focused on a good transmission of information. Clear agreements have been made in advance about giving feedback on the results on a regular basis. You also explicitly transfer the decision power for certain activities to your employee.
