Coachinghouse was established in 2000 as the first Organisation in the Benelux, active in business and executive coaching. The baseline in the Coachinghouse logo 'Prime Personal Performance' illustrates our vision: supporting professionals and organisations to perform (better), starting with the individual and tailored to your specific expectations and the objectives of your Organisation.
We have grown into one of the most important providers of business and executive coaching, as we offer specific expertise and coaches with international experience and we are trendsetters in sustainable development.
Coachinghouse is very much involved in our education. Our coaches are connected to plenty of universities (including Brussels, Moscow, …) to put sustainable 'people development' on the agenda and to focus different studies on 'human potential' and 'self-management'. According to a recent HR study, towards 2020 our approach will become even more digital, global, flexible, sustainable, entrepreneurial and vital.
We are also leaders in developing new methodologies to address hidden talents in individuals and teams and to integrate them into personal development and sustainable growth.
The approach Coachinghouse offers is authentic, consistent and goal-oriented. We mainly focus on the coachee in a specific environment, with the necessary skills, the existing (un)conscious beliefs and his/her identity level in order to guarantee a solid Return on Expectations.
