It means that you do the things that you are good at and the things that give you energy. That’s why Personal Effectiveness is different for each person and is influenced by, amongst others, stress, relationships, cooperation, assertiveness, time management and your preferred communication style.
The ‘7 Habits’ of Covey are actually 7 logical and consistent habits that an effective person learns to become more effective, in other words, to achieve better results than before.
