Leticia Brando is our Spanish-language coach.
She leads coaching activities from Barcelona and since 2012 also from Montevideo, Uruguay.
She is a certified psychologist both in Europe and the United States (Escuela Europea de Coaching/ Executive and Corporate Coaching Program of Coach Training Alliance, Boulder, Colorado, USA).
She also obtained a Master’s degree in Communication and a MSc in Coaching and Leadership.
Her expertise does not only comprise leadership, but also values, positive thinking and self-awareness.
Her approach is interspersed with giving a sense of purpose and the spiritual dimensions of life.
She even has her own program, "Ruta feliz" (Happy road", on NSTV Channel TV Uruguay) in which she explains a lot of topics of the coaching business, as for instance proactivity and positive mindset.
Leticia works together with Freddy (E/S) on 'personal effectiveness' (7 habits of highly effective managers/S. Covey) and great leadership.
